Business Express is an annual business executive coaching program, specifically created to help small and medium-sized Asian American and small businesses take their business to the next level of growth.
Inaugurated in 2011 by Wells Fargo, Business Express was created for companies with at least $1 million in annual sales that have been in business for at least 3 years. In this workshop series, business owners get a clear perspective of their own business, learn the critical ingredients for efficient and effective operations, develop their own road map for growth and a healthy bottom line, and discover how to lead their business to growth.
Business Express is powered by the U.S. Small Business Administration and °µÍø½ûÇøCNPP, and is sponsored by Wells Fargo, a longtime partner.
Learn how to build a scalable, well-managed company, and streamline processes.
Learn how to analyze your company’s financial condition, develop strategies to improve profits/cash flow, and create a financial plan relative to your marketing and management strategies.
This hybrid virtual/in-person program works in two tracks. Track 1 is designed for businesses in their early stages looking for more structure. Track 1 participants are tasked with developing a business plan by the end of the program. Track 2 caters to more sophisticated businesses looking for procurement opportunities with the goal of equipping attendees with the tools to be prepared and more confident for virtual or in-person matchmaking.
